Consultant
eBrands recently invested over $40 million USD to acquire and grow 20+ consumer ecommerce brands. As an outside consultant I was brought in to advise on product development, growth and marketing for a number of brands selling in the U.S, U.K and E.U markets via Amazon and direct to consumer.
My role included;

Kado
Head of Business Development
Kado is an Australian based start up that aims to streamline the gifting process for both B2B and B2C by leveraging an innovative user experience and a comprehensive suite of business analytics tools.
My role included;

Managed and supervised the onboarding of over 50 third-party sellers, ensuring smooth integration with Kado's platform

Formulated and executed a robust strategy for the identification, acquisition and retention of third-party sellers, including paid media

Founder
Verre Esprit is a consumer gift and homeware brand selling both direct to consumer and on Amazon.
My role included;

Developed a unique and effective method to quantify profitable products using analytics tools

Uncovered niches within the gifting space and worked with designers to develop completely 12 custom products, which resulted in revenue of over seven figures

Sourced and worked with overseas factories to produce tens of thousands of custom products

Implemented and managed logistics and supply chain, across three warehouses in the US, four high end factories in China, some of which produced for Tesla, Google, Disney and more

Managed the web build of our Shopify and Amazon stores, optimising them for SEO, sales and strong ROI
